8月10日最新軍隊(duì)文職考試時(shí)事政治:中國(guó)首個(gè)火星模擬基地落戶青海。在軍隊(duì)文職考試中,命題人歷來是傾向于結(jié)合時(shí)政熱點(diǎn)命題,無(wú)論是崗位能力常識(shí)題、言語(yǔ)理解題,還是申論,都是結(jié)合時(shí)事熱點(diǎn)來選擇命題考查點(diǎn),因此最新時(shí)政要有所了解。記者8日從中國(guó)科學(xué)院月球與深空探測(cè)總體部獲悉,我國(guó)首個(gè)火星模擬基地項(xiàng)目將落戶青海省海西州大柴旦紅崖地區(qū),這里擁有典型的雅丹地貌群,其獨(dú)特的地形地貌、自然風(fēng)光、氣候條件使之成為專家眼中“中國(guó)最像火星的地方”。2016年11月底,海西州政府與中國(guó)科學(xué)院月球與深空探測(cè)總體部簽訂了《中國(guó)火星模擬基地建設(shè)項(xiàng)目合作協(xié)議》,今年7月下旬,在海西州州府德令哈市舉行了項(xiàng)目總體方案討論會(huì)暨協(xié)議簽約儀式,確定項(xiàng)目建設(shè)地址在大柴旦紅崖地區(qū)?!邦愃频幕鹦悄M基地是開展火星科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)研究,進(jìn)行火星與地球?qū)Ρ妊芯康奶烊粚?shí)驗(yàn)室。”中科院國(guó)家天文臺(tái)研究員鄭永春說,火星在地貌、地質(zhì)和物質(zhì)成分方面都有一些特殊的特征。比如,地貌為荒漠,沒有植被覆蓋,地質(zhì)上有河流、湖泊干涸的沉積物,物質(zhì)成分方面有大量硫酸鹽、高氯酸鹽等水流干涸后的遺留物等。而該基地在上述三個(gè)層面有類似于火星的特征,這也是其成為火星模擬基地的原因。鄭永春也強(qiáng)調(diào),模擬基地與火星的地質(zhì)地貌條件并不是完全相似,因而在通過相關(guān)研究對(duì)火星的情況進(jìn)行考察的同時(shí),也可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)火星和地球的對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。專家介紹,建設(shè)火星模擬基地在國(guó)外已有先例,火星模擬基地項(xiàng)目填補(bǔ)了國(guó)內(nèi)在航天、天文、地理、地質(zhì)、氣象、新能源等領(lǐng)域一體化科學(xué)實(shí)踐教育基地的空白。據(jù)悉,我國(guó)首個(gè)火星模擬基地也將集科學(xué)傳播、旅游觀光、體驗(yàn)休閑、科學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)為一體,基地項(xiàng)目包括天文與航天科普教育、主題休閑度假、影視作品攝影、科學(xué)研究與模擬訓(xùn)練等重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容。當(dāng)?shù)刂鞴懿块T表示,未來將以星空文化產(chǎn)業(yè)為主要發(fā)展方向,把該基地打造成我國(guó)首個(gè)火星文化創(chuàng)意體驗(yàn)基地。

發(fā)布時(shí)間:2017-08-31 22:10:23委中直下三寸,有穴道叫合陽(yáng)。在介紹合陽(yáng)的時(shí)候,我跟諸位再講一個(gè)針灸的治法,叫模擬法。古人創(chuàng)造出來很多治法,模擬法是從我開始用的,以后你們可以用到很多地方去。什么叫模擬法,比如說我這里是腰,屁股在這,你看這個(gè) 象 ,老師這個(gè) 象 是人字紋嘛,肛門在這(指黑板上承山的位置),這是不是人字紋。委中從腿下來,腳踮起來時(shí),你可以看到腿肚子有人字紋,人字紋下面就是承山。后面會(huì)介紹承山穴,這個(gè)承山剛好跟肛門是對(duì)到的。所以承山是很有名的痔瘡大穴。在手臂上呢?你握拳,肌肉出現(xiàn)人字紋是孔最穴??鬃钛▽?duì)痔瘡一樣有很好的效果。既然這是肛門,這是腰,中間這是腰下的地方?,F(xiàn)在有一個(gè)人背痛(膀胱經(jīng)痛),這是督脈。這膀胱經(jīng)最痛的地方是這個(gè)點(diǎn),病在左邊,我們?cè)诎螂捉?jīng)右邊的委中下針。下完針以后,這個(gè)點(diǎn)最痛,在這肛門和腰,我們?cè)谶@后方(指腿肚對(duì)應(yīng)處)用手指頭按,就找到一個(gè)壓痛點(diǎn)。這壓痛點(diǎn)沒有定位,找到壓痛點(diǎn),針從這壓痛點(diǎn)一下去,痛就沒了,一擊就中。所以說,如果是一條經(jīng)痛的話,下委中就好了??墒沁€剩一點(diǎn)痛,就用這種手法。我在臨床上看的時(shí)候,越靠近腰椎,越靠近督脈的地方,就越接近這一點(diǎn)。越離開督脈這個(gè)地方,就越外面,你把人的下體放到這個(gè)腿部上面,這是類比法,這是治療腰痛,效果非常好。委中下三寸是合陽(yáng)穴。一樣是輔助委中的,以委中為主。28、承筋、承山、飛揚(yáng)穴(5-02:08:02)再來是承筋,承筋穴在委中和承山的正中間。筋骨的筋,顧名思義,抽筋等可以在這下針,腳不能動(dòng),痙攣通通都可以在這下針?;魜y抽筋通通可以用。再來介紹承山,這個(gè)承山用的地方非常多。包括腳抽筋 ,腳常常抽筋,如果游泳時(shí)抽筋怎么辦,你就重壓承山,就解掉了。在臨床上,因痔瘡 大量出血時(shí),針承山,灸孔最都有止血的效果。你現(xiàn)在知道了,若有個(gè)人痔瘡很嚴(yán)重,走過來腿都是彎的,因?yàn)橹摊徍芡?,我們就下長(zhǎng)強(qiáng),下承山,下孔最,痛就去了。若還有痛,比如說那個(gè)痔瘡很大,我們就天應(yīng)放血,把膿血放掉。痛是來自壓力,痛不是來自發(fā)炎。膿血一放掉,壓力從此就去掉了。當(dāng)然要記得帶手套,用放血片,用火罐套上去,套在痔瘡上面抽。委中和承山常常并用,用在中風(fēng) 上面。腰背委中求,所以委中一下去,腰背力量就加強(qiáng)了。下承山可讓腳有力,因?yàn)橹酗L(fēng)的人腳沒有力,下承山穴,腳就會(huì)有力。臨床上,有很多婦女、小姐,因愛美穿高跟鞋,走路一摔倒,結(jié)果尾椎骨被撞到。因?yàn)檫@是督脈剛開始的地方,所以說很痛,那怎么處理呢?剛開始,新傷的時(shí)候,在承山穴你會(huì)看到青筋在那,有時(shí)在右腿,有時(shí)在左腿,有時(shí)兩腿都有,這是針對(duì)尾椎骨受傷。這時(shí)候你拿放血針,承山穴血一放出來,當(dāng)場(chǎng)就好了,效果就是那么快,這是傷科的大穴。其它如腳后跟痛 啊,腳無(wú)力 、抽筋通通可以在這里治。記得承山穴下針,一定要透到骨頭上,透到脛骨上。尤其是抽筋,你同時(shí)用手去按它,筋就慢慢松開來了。因?yàn)殛?yáng)經(jīng)往外走,所以找到承山穴再往下一寸,再外開一寸,就是飛揚(yáng)。飛揚(yáng)是膀胱絡(luò)穴,剛才那個(gè)絡(luò)是別絡(luò),就是比較細(xì)的絡(luò),飛揚(yáng)是絡(luò)穴。飛揚(yáng)穴剛好就在我們?nèi)俗謾M紋肌這邊,下針一定是在兩個(gè)肌肉中間,筋和肉的中間或筋和骨的中間。它是在兩個(gè)肌肉中間,叫飛揚(yáng)。飛揚(yáng)針下去,腳就像飛毛腿一樣。當(dāng)腳不能跑步,前面講的足三里,后面講的飛揚(yáng)、承山,都是讓腳有力的穴道。這是一個(gè)基本常識(shí),你如果手受傷,沒關(guān)系,手受傷不能動(dòng),沒關(guān)系,但腳受傷不能動(dòng),你要趕快讓它好,一旦坐上輪椅就完了,所以腳受傷要讓它趕快好。這是一個(gè)病理。人被設(shè)計(jì)很奇怪,手的力量沒有腳大,所以腳受傷恢復(fù)速度也比較快,比手的恢復(fù)速度還快。像痔瘡書上講的治癥都差不多。不能久坐久立。歷節(jié)風(fēng)就是風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎 。飛揚(yáng)主要用在絡(luò)穴上面,治腳沒有力量。
